Option #1: Best if you need one hour with one of our experts to answer specific questions about your career and career options in impact finance

General Coaching: General coaching sessions are free time for talent to work with their coach on anything related to their career transition. Discussion topics include their interview schedule, how to tap into new organizations, how to position themselves, etc. It is open time for candidates to receive direct feedback and advice on the areas that matter to them most. (One, 60-minute session)

Total cost for this package is $350.

Option #2: Best if you want more support on your job search strategy, targets, updating your career assets, and to widen your career option pool.

CV review: A review of the candidate’s presence on their CV/resume will be completed and general edits/changes that can enhance their profile will be provided. (Two round of edits; one final version)

Personal Impact Thesis and Job Search Strategy call: Your personal impact thesis is your compass for your job search. We will work to define and articulate your personal impact thesis and apply that to your job search strategy. We will also provide general advice on industry players and suitability for roles, how to round out the job search process and early actions that will lead to success. (One, 60-minute session)

General Coaching: General coaching sessions are free time for talent to work with their coach on anything related to their career transition. This can be either a general letter used for many applications or cover letter for a specific role. (One round of edits; one final version provided)
