Volunteer Guide

We are supported by a group of volunteers to make the fellowship run smoothly. Here's the guide for our volunteers to help them navigate their commitments.

Hello, dear Fellowship Volunteers,

We’re excited to welcome you as part of our wider team & have you with us on this journey. As a volunteer, you are expected to take over specific roles, from writing reflections to hosting some of our guests. This document aims to help you navigate & it offers you an overview of the Volunteers & Roles.

What are the roles of a volunteer?

There are some tasks we expect all of you to be able to help out with, and there are other tasks that we can divide as a group.

What else? We’d love to hear about your strengths & ideas regarding how you could contribute best.

We'll losely keep track of who's doing what so we have a way to understand the different kind of contributions.

How do we work as a team?

Once your participant contribution is settled & you agree to be a volunteer, you will be part of our wider team. As a group of volunteers, we will have an initial meeting before the program starts to talk about roles & responsibilities & get to know each other. After that, we will have short monthly calls to check in with each other & see if anyone needs support with their commitments. We count on you to live up to your commitments in a self-directed way. This means stepping up and helping out however you can. This is our WhatAapp group for the volunteers.
