Following is a list of the various partners and organizations supporting our work and whom we support with this Fellowship. This gives a little bit more background about each of the organizations weâre working with on this Fellowship program.

Bridges Impact Foundation
The Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV) is an international network of banks and financial institutions that prioritize sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical banking practices. Founded in 2009, the GABV consists of member banks from around the world that are committed to using finance to create positive social, environmental, and economic impacts. These member banks focus on areas such as environmental conservation, financial inclusion, and supporting local communities. The GABV promotes a values-based approach to banking and serves as a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration among its member institutions to advance sustainable and responsible banking practices.
ImpactAlpha is a media platform and news source that focuses on impact investing, social and environmental change, and innovative financial solutions. They provide news, analysis, and insights on various topics related to impact investing and the development of markets that generate positive social and environmental outcomes alongside financial returns. ImpactAlpha serves as a valuable resource for individuals and organizations interested in the intersection of finance and impact, and they contribute to the growth of the impact investing field.

The Institute for Social Banking is an organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the concept of social banking. Social banking is a banking approach that focuses on the triple bottom line, which includes not only financial profitability but also social and environmental impacts. The institute provides training, education, and research opportunities for individuals and institutions interested in practicing and promoting ethical and sustainable banking. It aims to create a community of practitioners and advocates who are committed to using finance as a tool for positive social and environmental change. The Institute for Social Banking serves as a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration in the field of ethical and sustainable banking.
The Intentional Endowments Network (IEN) connects endowments, asset managers, investment consultants, nonprofit partners, and individuals. Join our community of over 200 active members to connect with peers, stay up to date on the latest best practices, develop partnerships, and advance the field of mission-aligned, sustainable investing. IEN focuses on addressing inequality and the climate crisis recognizing their systemic and existential threats to a thriving society. IEN is committed to making justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) part of the culture and the strength of our organization and work.
Do you know what your bank does with your money? What is the role of a bank in producing societal well-being? This course looks into banks that operate differently, namely, âjust banks" that use capital and finance as a tool to address social and ecological challenges. This course is for anyone who wants to understand the unique role banks play as intermediaries in our economy and how they can leverage that position to produce positive social, environmental, and economic change. The instructors of this course have worked for over 15 years with just banks from around the world, as well as in the fields of community development, economic democracy, and social change. No previous knowledge of finance or banking is needed to take this course
The New Economy Coalition is a membership-based network representing the solidarity economy movement in the United States. We exist to organize our members into a more powerful and united force, in order to accelerate the transition of our economic system from capitalism to a solidarity economy. NECâs members are a cross section of nonprofits, mission-driven businesses, grassroots community organizations, and sectoral associations. While many groups are focused on a particular strategy or are based in a specific geographic region, they join NEC to be part of a network that is cross-sectoral and national in scope. Together, we understand ourselves as part of an international social movement ecosystem that includes tens of thousands of groups using varied and different strategies to build a more just, liberatory, and democratic world.
oikos will offer Leadership Development and other Sustainability Resources to Fellows for free. oikos is a non-profit that supports a network of chapters in over 40 universities all around the world. With around 1,000 active students and an alumni network of more than 10,000, oikos draws on its 36-year history to empower student change agents. NEIII is happy to work with oikos and leverage its network and experience in hosting spaces, organizing education programs, and connecting people globally.
The Sustainable & Impact Investing Learning & Knowledge (SIILK) Initiative was formed at the convergence of several conversations within and beyond the Intentional Endowments Network (IEN) around the growing interest in student-managed investment funds (SMIFs) pursuing sustainable investing strategies, as well as the development of sustainable investing focused curriculum. The US SIF: The Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investment is a non-profit organization based in the United States that promotes sustainable, responsible, and impact investing. US SIF serves as a membership association for professionals, firms, institutions, and organizations involved in sustainable and responsible investing. US SIF plays a key role in advancing the field of sustainable and responsible investing in the United States and serves as a hub for information, advocacy, and networking for those interested in aligning their investments with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations.
WISE has 8 chapters globally â Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Washington DC, London, and Toronto â and a virtual chapter for all other members outside of these locations
